Getting rid of scratches

I've got an Oris watch that has sustained a few scratches to the lugs and the glass..Would a watch dealer be able to get rid of these?

Depending on the severity, a good watchmaker should be able to re-finish the case and remove most scratches. The glass would be replaced.
