Lorus by Seiko?

Down at the budget end of the market... I keep seeing "Lorus by Seiko" watches advertised on Ebay. Can anyone tell me what this means? I assume Lorus are a budget brand produced by Seiko, am I right? Thanks.

Lorus is one of the many companies flying under the Seiko Watches umbrella, as are Pulsar. They do have higher end watches (price wise), but they're primarily focussed at the budget end of the market.

Should be reliable and dependable enough, but then Seiko branded watches aren't too expensive generally and last forever.
