porsche design watches
Discussion
Good morning everybody,
as a Porsche driver I am looking at buying a Porsche Design watch.
I do like nice watches (Got some Movado, Breitling, Speedmaster ...)
Was wondering : if I plan on spending 5000+ euro's ( +/- 3800 Pounds) is de Porsche Design Watch a safe investment.
Any idea who produces these watches, where could one get them serviced.
Anybody have one? How prone are they to get scratched
many Thanks
Ronny

Ronny, there was a big thread on them a while back - general consenus was they are well built, and well enginnered. Have a look here... http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0...

Nice, but TBH, not something I'd consider a safe investment if you were buying new.
They will drop fairly sharply.
Buy a mint used example and let someone else take the worst of the hit.

I got this one (that had never been worn) not long ago
& paid circa 40% of the brand new price
