Asking for the unaskable, I fear!

Need a new watch purely for work, needs to be very rugged and very clear to read, probably something military style? It'd be a massive bonus if it had illuminated hands/display as well, so I can see in the dark (well, obviously).

Budget? Er, £50 tops but as cheap as possible. It may well get damaged so I don't want to spend too much.

Edit: I reckon a NATO strap would be best as well.

H3? very sturdy - mine has been surfing/climbing/biking with no damage - and glows in the dark :-)
