Grand Carrera

It's my 40th this year and my wife suggested a watch as a present a while back. Since then I've been convinced that it had to be a Monaco, I tried a couple on and was happy that it was the watch for me. However yesterday we went to have another look and I noticed the Grand Carrera's. To cut a long story short tried the Carrera and Monaco on and 10 minutes later walked out with the Grand Carrera with a black alligator strap to follow thrown in with the deal.
My lovely wife let me take a couple of pictures but now it's hidden up until my birthday in July, it's going to be a long wait as to me it really is a stunning watch.

I've got one! The Calibre 6. Beautiful watch, mine has the light face and black croc skin strap.

that is a very nice watch, does it have Sapphire Crystal back, and if it does, do you have any pictures of the movement.

pastrana72, It does have the sapphire back but I didn't take any pics of it and I've just been told i can't see it again until July!

Nice! I looked at a couple of the Grand styles before buying my Link S (see the 'collection' thread) but I had my heart set on the Link S at the time. I suspect before the year is out I may add a Grand to the collection () but we will see...

Your pics just make me want one now, tho...
