Does anyone own out of interest the following IWC?

Reference IW320104 from IWC
The Pilot’s Watch Automatic Edition Antoine de Saint Exupéry in stainless steel with brown buffalo leather strap

Saw a gold (which isnt really my style) in Selfridges and enquired about a stainless version but apparently they have stopped making them as they were ltd edition. Anyoon know anything about them, if you can still buy them anywhere or anything else?

Looked really nice in my opinion and a very nice size/weight too!

watches.co.uk had a stainless steel one and so to did ian blowers but both sold relativley quickly.
Really tough to get hold of, have been looking for one for myself.
