beginners help please
Discussion
After 15 years of having no watch I feel its about time ( no pun intended ) to get one.
I'm after a nice practical good looking watch. I love engineering etc etc so probabally have a preference for something mechanical / with soul .
At th emoment I am looking at the following
Traser H3 Classic Auto Pro
Traser H3 Classic Chrono BD Pro
Ollech & Wajs - Type M-4 Divers Watch
Maybe a Poljot Chrono although I'm concerned about waterproofness
Also Seiko automatics
My beginners question really relates to the different movements for these watches. The Traser Classic is a mechanical type ? The Chrono a battery one?
I'm assuming the mechanical type is the good old 'wind up' one etc
Does anyone have any comments on wether the battery type of watch is something you can 'bond with'
Any suggestions of other watches I shoul dmaybe look at?
