As the title I need a watch for everyday use, It doesn't need any special complications, just to tell the time and date.

my requirements are:
Be able to use it everyday (when exercising or working)
Durable >= 3ATM (I wakeboard/jetski)
No shiny or polished steel strap or bezel (not my taste)
<£150
I would say my taste is military style watches

Here's sone I like but can't afford.

German:
Sinn, Stowa,etc...great look and finish, not sure about the durability, although I would be surprised if it was anything but excellent.

Japanese:
Seiko is the obvious choice...they make quite a few incredibly tough, good looking watches.

Ollech & Wajs "M Series"?

Here's my M4...

..but there are a number of variations (including ones with date) available - The RLT watches site http://www.rltwatches.co.uk/acatalog/Divers.html  is a good place to look for an idea of styles, prices etc, and I'd thoroughly reccomend Roy as a supplier.

[Edited because I inexplicably forgot how to spell 'Wajs' - my excuse is that it's 130 miles away at the moment and I haven't worn it for about 6 weekssmile]

Seiko Monster.

Automatic, stylish, full diver. Available with either a steel strap or a rubber one. Black or Orange face (blue or yellow for way over your budget). They look just as good with a suit as they do with civvies.

ebay shop's sell them for around £105 delivered.

Can't go wrong really (They are a bit shiney in places, but not what you would call "bling" )
