am in usa and can get it for 450 usd? it is quartz which is a put off for me; Have a sea dweller and a few others (stainless Daytona, carrera, speedmaster etc). love the colour scheme though

Honestly? If you like it, buy it. Doesn't matter what any of us think about it!

Personally, for the same looks (but not the colour), I'd go for the Seiko Formula 1 watch.
