It's not Swiss, it's not Titanium and it didn't cost £5000..

It is however Japanese, mid-80's, geeky, naff, and made by Casio (I can hear the tutting and sighs from here). But it is a watch I have been after since some time around 1985, and, given the number of times a year I complain about not having one, I had to have it. Curse you Ebay!
(I couldn't find a decent photo of one)
The seller claims it is brand new, unmarked and functioning perfectly. Given the price these go for in the States, just over £100 seemed a good buy if it is as good as the seller claims.

Daimler V12 Coupé - if your watch is going to die then it may as well do it in style!
I had a resin cased one when they first came out. Being a geeky Zadlet even back then, I found it very useful indeed. Sadly the resin strap crumbled away and it got consigned to the back of a drawer at my folks' place (where it still resides). Sitting next to the Seiko wrist computer watch (seriously - the matching docking base with printer is in a box somewhere in my parents' loft).
The Sinn I had my eye on will just have to wait a few more months
