Hi all

Quick question.

I bought a Rolex Oyster Datejust in December 2006, so only 13 months old. You pay all they money for a watch and the damn bracelet pops open at the slightest touch. What are the chances that if I take it in they will replace the clasp rather than send it off and charge me £300 for a 'service'?

Many thanks

Take it back to the supplying store, I'm sure most Rolex AD's have an instore watchmaker. It should just require an adjustment of the clasp. Or try Rolex UK in St James Square, they have a service centre I'm sure they would adjust your clasp while you wait...

Hope this helps.
