Would they send it back to Omega for a service or would they do it themselves? I'm more after an independent who will do it for a reasonable price...C.

I've seen Chris Heal recommended on here a couple of times, under £100 for a service with a 7 day turnaround seems reasonable. How much would Goldsmiths charge to take a link out?
Tbh i'm not even sure if it needs one, just earlier it seemed a couple of minutes slow, then when I checked again later it seemed back up to speed. Is it possible for the Speedmaster to do this?
thegamekeeper i'm in withington, why do you ask?
The guy who looks after my watches is in Irlam. Took over the business from someone who had been a watchmaker for 40+ years who was brilliant and too cheap. Bought the business knowing he would never make much money but loves his skill. He has worked for quite a few "big" names. You will not be disappointed. He is called Duc and id from Vietnam. Business is Gemtime on Liverpool Road, doesn't look much but you are not buying the business. 0161 775 4507. Must be worth a try sTeVeR
