Sailing watch with countdown timer

Slightly different budget to the watches normally discussed here, but maybe someone will have a good idea

I'm after a cheapish (i.e. £100 or so) watch for my Dad to wear when sailing his racing dinghy. It needs to have a countdown timer, hopefully with beeps loudly for the last few seconds, and auto restart. Apart from that it needs to be rugged, waterproof and tell the time.

I'm leaning towards a Casio "Yacht timer" but it has a lot of features he doesn't need (barometer, compass, temperature) so if anyone has any other ideas I would be very interested....? Something with an analogue readout plus a decent digital countdown timer (not just a stopwatch) would be great, but I can't find one.
