Hi Folks,

I recently purchased my girlfriend a rolex datejust for her birhtday with is in a couple of weeks. At the weekend I left the house in marbella to take the watch to a dealer to remove a couple of links for her, whilst I was gone, some low life came into the house and stole a few things including the box along with the papers. Now is there any way I can purchase these items directly from Rolex or a dealer? Maybe even the dealer I purchase the watch from.

I am looking for the box with instrcutions and also the a authentic set of papers - dont need to be stamped with where I purchased it thats not to importannt.

The box you can replace easily, have a quick look on eBay to see if there is a suitable replacement. The COSC chronometer certificate is a 'one off' issue, and a replacement is not available.....

Scott - I should be very careful with that watch. The censored now knows that it exists, where it is AND - he has the paperwork which would make it much more valuable for him to sell.

yes i know, there was another box which is a different model of the same watch, they didnt touch that at all and my missus had it on at the same time. They obviosuly know there is a couple of valuables there, im worried they may come back at a later date. We hope to be moving to a new place there soon, i just hope we do!
