Coming up at our local auction house this week:

"A gentleman's Rolex oyster perpetual Air King stainless steel wrist watch with baton numerals. In original box, with guarantee and other paperwork."

It looks like the bracelet has some scratching and the cystal looks imperfect but not heavily scratched.

What's the model number, is it 5500 or 14000/14010?
How old is it?
What colour is the dial?

It's a model 5500 Air-King, if you can buy it in the estimate range it'd be a good buy. Dont forget to budget around £180 for a full service at Rolex, though it can be cheaper and much quicker at a good watchmaker...
