What's the general procedure to build up the capacity of the watch? I'm currently wearing it but as i'm not THAT active it keeps stopping on me! So what's the best way to build up the charge initially?

It should not stop , it takes very little movment to wind them up

What is it ? Most watches have a position/step on the crown / winder to actually wind an auto up. Check the manual scratchchin

Knock one out and don't change hands at 99 maybe biglaugh
