Thinking about buying a watch from this site. Price is a good discount on what I want, and I have an email confirming that the watch will be brand new, with warranty certificate from the dealer that they source it from, and that I can collect in person from their offices in Maidenhead.

So far so good, but I'm still nervous about parting with my hard-earned to a dotcom that I've no experience of. Does anyone have any experience of using them?

I used them for my Omega Seamaster co axial, good price but now I have a problem and emailed them with no reply after 3 days, had to phone up instead, you'd expect an internet company to reply to emails promptly at least! Sending my watch back tomorrow so if service isn't swift or adequate then I'll update this

Speedy pro, sapphire back (actually a sapphire front is why because I don't trust myself not to scratch the hesalite)

Have bought 2 or 3 from them. Reasonable prices and decent service. No complaints.
