Date format on Breitling B1

Just had the battery changed on my B1 today and noticed that the date has been set to US format Mon/Day/07. I am sure it was in UK format before Day/Mon/07 correct me if I am wrong!

So as I have lost the instructions can anybody shed some light on to change the format..
