Less money than some of you bastards spend on a watch.
Seiko or Citizen diver style watch, what does PH think.?
Pulsar or Lorus?
I need a waterproof watch that has day and date on it, analogue preferably.
I've got this far...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...

But I want a second opinion, remember, it has to have day and date and be water proof, and be less than £100.00

Over to you...

I've got the one in your link and also one of these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SEIKO-STEEL-DIVER-JUBILEE-WA...

The SKX009 is chunkier and feels much better put together than the other one, although the strap isn't as good IMO.

Both were from ebay & have been reliable & tough in the couple of years I had them.

Get an Orange Monster http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SEIKO-MONSTER-200m-DIVE-SCUB... also available with a black face, or with a black rubber strap.

Have a look at chronograph.com as well. I've had a couple of bits from them and they're cheap and very good service.

I bought a SKX007 like a 009 but without the colour £99 from a UK source
brilliant one of the cheepest watches I have but one of my favourites I have it on now! only thing I have changed is put on a different bracelet but origonal bracelt is fine.

Seiko dive waches for that price cannot be beat! automatic too

Ive got a 009 and I wear it every day they are as 'ard as nails and on a Z 22 they look great

An angle grinder only put a slight mark on the crystal.

If you can go for the J version (made in Japan) K version made in Korea

yes have one of them as my knock-about. Great watch, looks good, tough as hell!!

the metal strap is very trick too with the second clasp for wearing OVER a wetsuit. not bad on a £100 watch biggrin

I've decided to go with this.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250164175865

At least I'll be able to see what day it is again.
