I think you've misunderstood. It's not a Nautica, it's an IKE (Italian).

It looks to me like an Royal Oak Offshore crossed with a Swatch (as it's plastic).

Love the styling, but not so sure on the green colour. Do they come in any other colours (unless you like the green of course smile)?

Yes, I bought a black one (black carbonfibre look face and black rubber strap) in Tenerife.
