So, I'm selling a few more pieces - please let me know what you think:

I hope this is ok - no-one objected last time.

Im nearly chocked on my sandwich when I saw the Royal Oak. Pity its quartz otherwise I would have snapped your hand off.
The problem is, with your advert I can only see how much you are asking for the Patek. For the Royal Oak and the GP I can only see the price listed as ?00
Really? It's fine when I look at it. The AP is £500, The GP £700.The problem is, with your advert I can only see how much you are asking for the Patek. For the Royal Oak and the GP I can only see the price listed as ?00
The Senna sold pretty quickly, I'm afraid.

Have to admit I do like that, just the usual struggle to justify yet another watch etc.I know the common sense thing of "buy what you like" but I'd be interested in any thoughts/opinions on AP from a quality/vfm viewpoint.

They are widely perceived as one the best three watchmakers in the world, the so called 'Holy Trinity' of AP, Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin. The Royal Oak is their signature piece, designed by Gerald Genta, and is an icon often described as the rich man's Rolex. The current midsized steel and gold Royal Oak quartz (the closest to this, movement and size wise)retails for just over £7000.
Which is why I've decided to keep it.

What are your thoughts on Breguet and Blancpain?
Adore their work! I have had few Blancpains, and my biggest watch regret is selling a 50 Fathoms for a nice profit, without realising what it was. Still (As always) sold way under market. If my pricing was any fairer it would be an albino I've never had a Breguet - they are absolutely exquisite but just a little too scarce and expensive for my blood. I will do, I know, but so far I'm resisting the urge...
