Where do I go to get my fathers old watch (now mine) repaired, its a Rolew Oyster. Cheers

Your first port of call would be Rolex UK at Bexley, call them on 01322 521436 for details. Or, you can try a decent independent watchmaker. Hope this helps.

Send it to Rolex. They'll make it like new, and give it a one year warranty I think.

I am in the same position, but watch need service and new strap. It has been worn every day since 1974! Not sure of the model think its just a oyster with date.

The strap is gold/silver my mum reckons its 1800 for the strap can that be right?

Yup, definately send it back to Rolex UK, and yes it will come back looking like new......
