Hi all, i am not a watch nut,but i enjoy browsin the forum every now and again, and i do like to wear something nice.

I like the look of an Omega seamaster aqua tera, quoted at £1350.00.

Is it any good? what Would you think of a person wearing such a watch?

Its for best btw i have an "entry level" Tag for every day.

Also liked the look of a similar Oris and raymond weil but was steered in the direction of the Omega by the sales assistant. Is it worth the extra money or was that bull to earn more commision?

Sorry for so may questions but i am quite interested in your opinion.

Thanks all.

i want an aero

I don't know that particular Omega, but they do make very nice watches, though I wouldn't personally be keen on any of the quartz versions.

However, I wouldn't overlook the Oris if you like it, just because the sales assistant steered you that way - they are greatly under-rated in my view: really very nice well-made watches (I have two).

Very nice, classic looking watch!!

The 2500 co-axial movement is well respected, so no problems on that front either. It's a quality watch that should last longer than you wink

Don't worry about what others will think of you wearing it though!! Buy the watch you like the look of best, regardless of brand.

Have fun choosing your watch, and wearing whichever one you choose!
