Because now I have been bitten by the bug.

You lot have done nothing to help at all by talking about some gorgeous pieces.

I have a horrible feeling that I'm going to spend a small fortune on some nice watches over the coming years.

do it mate, no finer way to blow a few grand in a short space of time, not legally at least wink

You can try to justify it by pretending your watch may become more valuable in the distant future or that your children might inherit your watches.

You're starting a family heirloom collection. Many years from now future generations of your family will admire the great Asterix for his foresight and excellent taste.

I was bitten at a very young age, about 16/17. I remember every Saturday walking past my local jewelers and looking at this Gucci timepiece at £550. I just had to have it. Since then it has been a gradual progression from there.
