Omega Seamaster Servicing and repairs

Hi All, Have been given a Omeaga Seamaster by a freind who retired at work. The watch looks to date from around the late 1960's or early 1970's. Its an automatic watch.
Problems:
It hasnt been serviced for 30 years.
One of the links in the watch strap is missing.
The screen (glass dome) is scrathed lots.
the watch face has discoloured and faded.

Can anyone suggest who i could use to fix this and any idea of how much it might cost?
