Decent USA watch shops?

Im looking at getting a Panerai, and want to know of some decent US watch shops that I can take advantage of the strong pound with. I know there will be duties unless can pursuade them its a gift!

Surely it's just customs you have to convince?

So the safest bet would be to wear the watch home and post the box and papers over here.

You may as well buy one from the UK, Panerai's are no cheaper in the USA especially as you may be hit with duty.

thanks for the advise, always checking blowers, and chrono master out for them. Are they cheaper in Italy? Prob not either just I happen to be going there with work later in the year.

Try nationalwatch.com based in Phili. Will ship to UK apx £36 including insurance but do want a form filling in to protect both parties from ID theft and Fraud. Think they currently have a Panerai Luminor in stock apx £3k.

There are people in the UK who can source Panerais cheaper than the US and with all relevant duty vat etc paid.I recently bought a PAM188 from www.watchcentre.com and was very happy(ask for Rony)with the service and price.
