I've just dropped my Aerospace titanium in for a service as the digits started flashing over the weekend.

Last time I had it serviced it cost £150, this time (3 years on) its going to cost £220!

How can they justify such an increase.

Danny, the flashing LCD display is the cell EOL (end of life) indicator. Normally a cell replacement will rectify this. Who has given you the estimate Breitling UK or the store? You may be paying for more than you require....

Goldsmith's own people should be able to put a battery in it for you... about £75 and 7-10 days...

Fair enough but just another example of rip-off Britain...

Normally put it into Goldsmiths for battery - £75. Started flashng the other day after only 7 months since new battery!!

So bought a battery for £2.50, flipped the back off and hey presto!

Dead simple. Watch is a daily wear for the last 8 years and i dont go diving!

BTW the movement in side is dead boreing quartz in a gold finish.
