What does everyone think of this?

http://journal.hautehorlogerie.org/en/media/news/o...

It will have a Co-Axial movement and ceramic dial (and bezel I think). The movement is supposedly not going to be used again and the SS is limited to 1957 watches (with the 3 gold ones limited to only 57). The box is supposed to be massive and impressive on it's
own - but are they worth the £5,250 price tag for the stainless steel version?

The Omega shop on Bond St have a 'new' Gemini and Apollo 15 too - which is pretty cool.

I had the option of one of the SS (one of 3 in London) but at 5k-odd I thought I'd pass. Hope they dont start going for silly money too frown

In that auction didn't the SS go for $21,000USD ? Perhaps it was just a showing off charity auction thing hehe

I ing hope so. It was a special issue number I think - but other than that the same watch I decided against buying.
