Seek out a decent local watchmaker. Changing the cell is simple with the right equipment. The important point is to have a pressure test carried out on the completed case to make sure it is water-resistant to the correct rating. A decent watchmaker should be able to do this in 5 mins or so.

I've had the battery replaced twice in mine in 11 years of ownership - never been back to TAG. Each time by an independant jeweller - the last time 2 years ago whilst working in Turkey! Never any problems, seals still intact and tested. Still swim with it - keeps better time than my Omega!
