just ordered a breitling today at about 1 o'clock. Payed for before 9 am delivery and was wondering if anyone had used them before and if there watches came the next day before 9 am. I'm off to le Mans tommorow and am leaving at 10am and would love the watch for Le Mans.

Should come with Breitling worldwide gaurentees (sp), but Breitling are refusing to honour any watch bough off the net (according to their website).

You would be surprised how hard it is to buy a watch IE Breitling that does have full manufactures warranty from the net. I remember when i was trying to purchase my Super Avenger every internet trader i contacted only gave out there own warranty and not the manufactures warranty.

Frankly I've bought a few watches over the years and if buying at this price then the guarantee should be superfluous. That being said the only two watches I have had problems with in the last 20 years have been Breitlings. One had the bezel spin with no resistance and my first Navitimer was a disaster - it wouldn't keep time no matter what Breitling did to it so they changed it for a new one free in the end. Both though bought from a Breitling dealer who was more than helpful.

Just got back from Lemans, the watch was great lots of attention from friends and shock at the price.
never worn a solid gold watch before but it was much lighter than any stainless steel watch i have.
In answer to the warranty question it is only the SWC warranty not the Breitling warranty.
But this is a second hand watch so i am happy with that.
needs a new alligator band (on the last hole at the moment) and a gold buckle (just plated at the moment)
also has a few scratches on the face so that needs polishing/replacing.

overall a great watch at a great price and number 450 of 1000 so not much chance of seeing another one (:
