Can scratch in titanium be removed? The clasp and a part of the bracelet on my Breitling are starting to show their ages and use, and I'd like to give them a tidy up.

Thanks
Danny

hi mate,

My breitling pilot strap was scratched all over..

i gave it to goldsmiths who sent it to brietling for a 'service'.
It came back basically brand new, well worth the cost of a service.

I've taken small scratches out of steel braclets with Autoglym metal polish, never tried in on Ti but I'd give it a go.
usual rules apply, if all goes terribly wrong it's nothing to do with me. wink

Seconded - Send it in to Breitling for a service (always advisable every few years anyway) and they'll give it a buff up for you!

On polished surfaces Cape Cod Polishing Cloths are excellent.

On brushed steel (not sure how Titanium compares) I've heard that fiber glass pencils do a very good job, I think they can be had from the likes of RS Components.
