I have bought my last 2 Omegas from them on their upgrade scheme as well as a constelllation for my Mum and my Wife.

I currently have a Speedmaster Professional Chrono and inquired about upgrading it - ( although I may keep it) and they now say that they dont do the px scheme anymore.

This scheme meant that if you bought a watch from them and kept it for 12 months then upgraded spending at least 50% more, they would give you the purchase price back on your original watch (IIRC). At the time a really good deal and perhaps they came unstuck with it which is maybe why they dont do it anymore.

Does anyone now anything else about why they have stopped and perhaps recomend another retailer who may offer something similar?

I think they were taken over, now A King of Diamonds Store...whatever that is...hence probably no longer offering the 100% back deal.
