Non watch brand watches
Discussion
All,
What are people views on watches made by companies that normally don't make them?
Case in point: Mont Blanc. I have always wanted a MB pen, and thought it was something to aspire to.
I now see they do watches, they look OK, but is anyone actually going to buy them (unless you are a MB fetishist)? Zippo are another brand - they make superb lighters (colelctable in their own right), but now they have watches as well.
Question is - are you that bothered as to the name, or the quality/look of the product?

I couldn't really care who the maker of a watch is, as long as I like it that's the main thing
I would rather wear something I like the look off that is from a non traditional watch maker than something I don't like from someone like Rolex etc..
Current watch is this

They are more a fashion brand than a watch maker, but I like the watch and would buy another from their range tomorrow if I could
Regardless, It does seem to keep very good time which is a bonus
