It's been my daily for 30+ years hence the slightly battered look. Happy New Year though.

In Portugal for a few days.
Portuguese was the only correct option to bring along.

My first 'proper' watch was an Ebel - one of the first of the wave designs - all steel, no gold on it, very slim. I loved it. Unfortunately it was stolen in a burglary and I've often thought I might replace it... although it wouldn't mean quite the same thing any more. There's always a melancholy frisson when I see an Ebel! smile

Same as me Neil. First 'proper ' watch. Still think it looks good and people still ask to have a look at it eventhough it has a bit of patina and not that valuable now.

That is a beaut! I much prefer that to a new ceramic bezel model. What is the ref. no. of that?

That's a belter. Great case dimensions, despite YouTube lot moaning about thickness.

Love the old school styling with modern build

Looks like a 1675 to me... I may sell my very service-y one (so excellent condition) this year, as well as some other bits, to fund some changes!

Happy 2026 everyone.

I don’t often wear a watch these days unless it’s a special occasion. However, I left this in the car a couple of weeks back after an event and decided to wear it today to exercise it. It’s nothing fancy compared to what’s been posted but it’s my late father’s watch. Keeps good time too.

Nailed it.

I don't have the correct bracelet so it is on a strap.

No particular reason I’m wearing this one, but it’s the one I’ve had on for a couple of days. Rare and out of production Farer quartz chrono.

Happy New Year..!
