Part required for Tissot T Race Bezel - Help?

A colleague of mine has this watch:







T reference is:
T141417 B GP24

Not sure of the back story, but a piece of the bezel at 3 o'clock has come off from the watch. Looks like it was glued in.

Wanted to ask if there is any way to source a replacement part for this to stick back on to the watch. Will remove the old glue, clean up and then use the correct adhesive to fix it.

Just need the relevant part if possible. Anyone know of somewhere/someone that may be able to supply it?

I’d imagine that Tissot themselves would be the only place with that part, beyond a used donor watch.
