OK the reason wind wasn't engaging is the click spring had shifted, had to take whole watch to bits and they are a nightmare to fit as they are so small!!

We ve found the problem, the button that was sticky as we ve been pressing it hard to make it work it's knocked a jewel out. Consequently one of the cogs isn't running true...we re doing it now but will take awhile as its bloody fiddly!!
Consequently watch will be ready tomorrow after 1pm

Minute hand is wrong despite many texts ago you said you had a new set. Nothing works as expected & it’s going off for a full assessment & service at Luxury Watch Repairs in Hatton Garden. Any repairs above the cost of the normal service I’ll be claiming back from you in whichever way possible.
Yes that's what I just said, they sent the wrong one and now awaiting the new ones...if you can wait a couple of days then pick up the new hands and send them off with it, save some monies, then they can engage the winder and everything will work properly..you don't have to see me, I ll leave them in my mail box
