Just been looking at Tag Heuer Aqua Racers on Ebay, there's quite a few 2nd hand ones with plastic protective covers still on the clasp etc
Am i right in thinking these are most probably fake ?
A couple of examples below

Out of those examples, nothing really jumps out at me to say they're fake. I've re-sized the bracelet on a friend's Aquaracer before- same model as the blue watches in your links- and they look identical to that.
I'm assuming you think they're potential fakes because of the prices? Those rectangular baton Aquaracer 300s are a couple of generations old now so they've depreciated like mad from their RRPs.
Out of those in your post the blue automatic ones would be a good buy, they look great in person with the ceramic bezel insert. They lack the on-the-fly microadjust on the clasp that subsequent Aquaracer 300s gained, but they do have a decent wet suit extension link.

Thanks for the reply, I thought fakes because they are a few years old & still have the protective plastic on
Unless there is a stamped warranty card and receipt to prove it came from a genuine dealer i would warn against buying a tag on ebay. The fakes are very good and only an expert can tell them apart so saying they look the part isnt enough to not get stitched up.
And now as an edit having looked at your links i have queries over several of them. One seller (barbados200101) appears to have cornered the market in NOS tag's and several have blue shrinkwarp on them, which is not how they come from Tag heuer and a classic sign of a fake.
Another sign of something not being right is the fact that all of his items for sale have totally different style of photography rather than one set way of taking the pics, so basically like they have been uplifted from somewhere else.
And thirdly he has several NOS oris aquis in the two main colourways that exist as fakes.
Way too many red flags for me.
