Hi all, I’m always lurking on here. I have the watch pictured below. It has a genuine leather strap with a breitling buckle. The rear case states the number ‘4004’
I bought it on eBay about 20 years ago. No box or papers. I found it in a drawer last week, manual wind, so hand wound it and it keeps perfect time.

Can anyone enlighten me on possible value, year of production? I’ve googled the life out of it and no luck at all. No sentimental value to me and I doubt it’s worth much but I’d appreciate any info that one of you gurus may have. Looks about 34mm. It’s in great condition - pictures don’t do it justice.

Many thanks.

Going by ebay based on similar watches, I'd imagine somewhere around £200 to £300. Think it's either late 50s or early 60s. Removing the caseback may give you more info if you get the number off the movement.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll try and get the back off and have a look. If successful, I’ll post up a pic of the movement.
Cheers
