My wife’s Tudor Clair du Rose needs a service, as it is not keeping time very well.

Previously I took it to the local Rolex / Tudor centre, but I don’t think that is there anymore, and as the watch is well out of warranty, not sure it’s worth paying their elevated prices.

I think there is at least one person on here that I’ve seen recommended in the past, but I can’t find the details.

TIA

Reece at https://www.fixwatch.co.uk/ looks after my Tudors and sorted another member's Omega Speedmaster, recently.

Recommended - feel free to tell him Dom with the Tudors put you in touch.

He'll be getting another one from me in the post tomorrow.

I'd second that, he has just completed a service on my Speedy (as mentioned above), he sends loads of photos during the process.

Rolex service centres will service Tudors , one in London and one in Kent.

I have used watchguy.co.uk to service my Rolex, you get sent loads of pictures of it stripped and can track it. I plan to send my Omega there soon, I'm not sure he will service my Tudor (GMT) though as even the London RSC wont do it, they simply sent the whole mechanism back to Tudor.

Interesting. I heard a while back that Tudor swap out the in-house MT movements on the newer black bays instead of servicing them. You have just confirmed it.

Rolex service manager at St James Square told me that when my GMT had to go back twice for date wheel issues.
