IWC AD Discounts?
Discussion
HI All,
I'm looking to buy an IWC in the near future (Big Pilot's 43 with black dial and leather strap FWIW). It'll be my first watch over 1k, having had a nice mechanical Mondaine for the last decade, still going strong. What's the likely hood of being able to secure a discount from an AD? There are a couple near me which appear to have the specific watch I'm after in stock, Pragnells in Stratford upon Avon and Watches of Switzerland in Birmingham.
I'm not opposed to the secondary market, but have only seen one for sale in the right spec and not 100% on the seller.
Thanks

High chance of a discount. I love IWC's and have been off again/on again eyeballing a big pilot perpetual calendar. These are not on the daytona scale of things, yes i have a good relationship with an AD but I didn't even need to ask when trying on the watch and was told 5 - 15% depending on model was feasible. This was a few months ago.
