I am looking at buying a Breitling Endurance Pro. I realise it is a newly released watch but I really don't really want to pay £2450 for it.

Breitlings are normally discounted - but do you think its too soon, or can you suggest a friendly dealer that will supply with a discount?

Thanks

Blimey. Quartz chronograph for €3.1k.

Is this sought-after?

I think AMJ are oft-mentioned on here in relation to great service and good discounts, and they do hold a Breitling franchise. I got a hefty discount on a TAG Carrera a couple of weeks ago. I was sufficiently impressed by their keenness to do a deal that I even let AMJ's Marc phone me, and I am not one for telephones. They should still be in the hallway on a teeny table all by themselves.

It's a highly accurate (even for quartz), super light weight watch. I suppose there is a market for it.

Grand Seiko Quartz watches will make the breitling seem cheap.

Not a fan of Quartz myself but there's a market for luxury Quartz watches

This one's a few months old but apparently unworn. Not much under retail though.

They do save you the bother of googling the exact time when restarting an automatic though smile

Another bump.

I see several of the high street retailers are offing £100 discount on Endurance Pro bringing the price back to £2850 which matches the price before the increase earlier this year.

Anyone managed a discount recently, if so how much? One retailer suggested 10% was probably doable but wouldn’t elaborate further as I was just enquiring.

One high streets retailer is offering a free watch winder worth £350, might be worth leveraging against price if you don’t want it. Loads of sub £2k used about.

Tbh isn’t that an odd perk as this watch doesn’t need a watch winder.

I’d love one tbh for everyday but it’s just a bit too much and the tag f1 again whilst even cheaper feels it.

Tbh the endurance should be a £1600 watch and the f1 a £600.

Since my last post on this thread i've bought one of these watches, 2024 warranty card date. Mine is the orange colour which was my preferred option and I bought it used from Watchfinder for £1800 with box and papers, brand new condition to my eye.
I did buy it when they had an extra promotion discount on Breitling watches about 6 weeks ago.

Personally I would go pre owned on them as they do drop in price significantly once they leave the AD but I do love it.

Thanks for the replies.

I’ve since been to my local Breitling ‘Boutique’. Said they weren’t allowed to offer any discount on any watch, but could potentially offer a watch winder (for a quartz watch…) or extended warranty or 50% discount off a replacement strap. Hardly earth shattering.

I really like the purple one but they only do that in the small version sadly.

I’m sure most watch sellers / jewellers will discount them. I know for sure goldsmiths discount watches. Less so boutiques but even then I got discount off an omega from the boutique which I didn’t think they would.
When I was looking for a watch I just spoke to quite a few sellers throughout the country as all normally ship to get the best price.
