Hi guys,

I’m looking to buy a special watch for my wedding. I want it to have a white/cream face and I’d love blue hands. I’ve got a price of a maximum of £2000 in my head. I’m hoping you chaps may be able to throw some ideas into the mix for me.
I’ve looked at Tag Carrera Calibre 5’s and a couple of Louis erards offerings but haven’t seen anything that ‘does it’ for me yet.

These are classy and even leave a little of your budget for the reception

Some lovely white with blue hands from the likes of Dornblueth, IWC and Glashutte but they're all going to destroy the budget.

For a nice alternative however Seiko make some lovely ones with different bracelet options in the Presage range;

I’m liking these two at the minute.

I did also see a suggestion in an old post on here of an omega Seamaster from around 2012 but I can’t seem to find the model. I think it was from hacket watches.

I would add Oris Artelier to that list as well.

Well, he actually said that he would love blue hands ( no, I can't imagine why, either) it wasn't a must have.

I don't know why we are bothering. I bet he is not grateful.

I wonder how much he is spending on the wedding, in total?

What has that got to do with anything?

I’d love to know the relevance of this too.
