This isn't a particularly expensive watch by any stretch of the imagination. It's just a piece of costume jewellery when all is said and done, but it does have sentimental value. As you can see from the fot, the golden finish on the face has been severely affected (sunlight, believe it or not) and the second hand has been lost.

Does anyone have any suggestions about whether or not it is repairable, and if so, who might be able to do it? I am taking the view that the importer doesn't hold stocks as it retails, not repairs. I did send an email, but got no response.

I could buy another one and suggest that it had been fixed, but as I say, the piece has sentimental value. Many thanks.

I think you'd struggle to get the parts. I'd say the dial needs replacing unless a friendly watchmaker can restore it somehow. I can't quite see on the pic but is the crystal missing too? Economically it may not make sense even if emotionally it does!

Have you tried the manufacturer? UV damage does seem strange and they may be sympathetic: https://lambrettawatches.com/service/faq-watches/
