Where can I get an unusual watch battery in Leeds?

I have an old quartz Omega Constellation which needs a new battery. It uses a Renata 373. There are plenty of places that will change the battery, but they all wanted £75 to do it last time. There's one place I know of that did it for £15 last time, but they wanted me to leave it with them until the middle of the next week. I don't want to wait. I'm happy enough to do it myself but I'm not sure where I'd get the battery I need. I can get one online but I don't want to be waiting for it. Clas Ohlson, typically, have every watch battery going except a 373!

Any ideas?

See if you can open an account at Farnell. They used to be trade only, but since Raspberry Pi they seem a lot more accessible. Their retail arm, CPC doesn't stock it, but:

Farnell HQ + trade counter is in Armley.

Failing that, Ebay? Usually next-day service from those vendors if they are in the UK.

Thanks VEIGHT for the kind offer. As it happens I've just come off the phone from my dad and it turns out he has a spare one, so problem solved. Thanks again to the others for the suggestions of suppliers - I'll keep these in mind for the future.
