I've still weighing up the possibilities for my new watch purchase and I am now considering a Vacheron Constantin Overseas in rose gold.

Has anyone here purchased one? I like the 42mm case size and think it is a bit more substantive than the 40mm Nautilus.

Has anyone purchased this model of watch? Would be very interested to hear experiences and thoughts.

I have this version of the Overseas and it is one of my favourite watches.
Why - well the bracelet is a work of art and is in my opinion better than the Nautilus bracelet. The clasp design is much better. The watch wears well and the brushed finish does not attract scuffs and scratches like the Nautilus bracelet does. The watch bezel design again seems much less likely to catch scuffs. Water resistance is good at 150m and I often choose this watch when travelling as it suitable for swimming in the pool, snorkelling, diving etc through to looking smart in the evening.
In comparison to the Nautilus, the watch wears slightly bigger due to the solid end links of the bracelet attaching to the watch case. It also feels more rugged than the Nautilus.

Stunning, stunning, stunning. Unlike the horrible 70's television looking Nautilus!
