Was looking to go but just couldn't get flights/over night stay sorted. Would be interested to know what you arranged to help with my planning for next year.

Fly out of Gatwick with easyjet I think Monday AM.

Free bus to the show.

Fly back around 9PM.

I think I will get to the show around 11-12pm so will have 5 hours or so there...

I do like that new Daytona, a bit Paul Newman-esque

And I promised not to add to my collection this year scratchchin

No bigger, though. That's a deal-breaker for me. Just adding a ceramic bezel to the old watch and changing the face colours does not a new watch make.

Cheers - was hoping to fly out of Luton or Stansted. Didn't look as far afield as Gatwick.

Funny because I thought the total opposite. I think the ceramic bezel is a massive plus point and am glad they haven't increased the size! I like these a lot.

Guess the rumoured steel yachtmaster didn't materialise though...don't like that bi-metal one at all frown

What was the rumoured Yachtmaster Freshkid? They changed the 1999 16622 to the 116622 a couple of years back, and introduced the 116680 to complete the Yachtmaster II range. What was missing?

Cheers

It was just people talking hot air on Instagram about a steel version of the recent rubber rose gold one. Somebody photoshopped it and tongues started wagging. No substance to it after all...photoshop looked the business though. I'll try and dig it out.

Speaaking of Yachtmaster's, a new dial option was launched for the 116622 steel/platinum in grey. Suits the watch perfectly...

Not sure about ice blue and platinum together. I know it's a Rolex trademark, but it's a bit of a cliche. Like the dial though.

Here's the rumoured steel and rubber yachtmaster.

I much prefer the Grey/blue logo 116622 to the mocked up steel/rubber.

Choices....

They had three mocked up designs in the predictions article on Monochrome. How do you like the same watch with steel bracelet? Really works for me.

(*yes I know these aren't actually real and we will likely never see them biggrin)

I really like the Daytona Panda! That may be a trade for my BLNR in a couple of years.

Loving the look of the new Air King, I don't suppose anyone has a rough idea on price?
Thanks

£4150. Has a touch of the Bamford to it...but nicer.
