Help with Black Bay valuation.
Discussion
I'm thinking of selling my Tudor Black Bay red as I never wear it. I always seem to end up wearing my U1 instead. It has a metal and a fabric strap which I've never used. Condition is near mint as I've only worn it a couple of times, box, papers etc, bought around Jan 2015.
I've looked and dealers seem to be selling new ones for around 2250 sterling. I was offered 2000 trade in against an IWC Ingenieur but I can imagine it will just end up sitting in it's box while I wear the U1 as usual.
. I presume a dealer's cash offer is going to be a lot lower than the trade in value so am interested in other people's opinions of what I should pitch it at as a private sale. I'll probably whack it up on TZ uk assuming my account hasn't been retired (it's been a while!) otherwise here and Chrono 24.
