Would Dornbluth qualify as a microbrand? They’re all made by one guy, so although “expensive”, my view is that they qualify.

Do they not make their own movements?

I would class a micro brand as one that brands a movement made by someone else otherwise they're simply a watchmaker biggrin

I've just seen the Blacklist Streetmatic range - they have really caught my eye!

Was looking last night at the Favre Leuba range. Not sure if they'd qualify as a micro brand though given they're the second oldest watch maker in Switzerland!
The Raider Harpoon looks especially interesting. Love the way the hours are read off.
Also like the Sky range of watches.

I had to check that Maranez, doesn't look half bad, any more info on them? Or maybe a full picture biggrin?

They tarnish so the rusty dumbbell is a "life goal" for it. biggrin

Hoofy - what do you think of that Enzo Mechana?

I am quite tempted.

Also a positive word for PH'er Lorne's Offshore Professional Chrono. It's a great piece of kit.

Love it. It's a real chunk of watch, though, at about 250g with the bracelet. Doesn't wear well under a shirt either. biggrin

Their current range is a little OTT though. I prefer the Sub Hatch and similar.

Not sure what qualifies as a micro-brand nowadays, but Schofield only make a few hundred watches each year. My Signalman is one of three hundred made:

I have recently become aware of Schofield, them seem like a really interesting brand.

Any more pictures?

Very very very very nice.

I love the whole Schofield ethos, all the nice straps and so on, but I'm not so keen on the later designs in comparison to the Signalman and the Blackwatch.

Seconded, I’ve worn one everyday for 4 years. Been with me through thick and thin. Nice to have something I’ll keep forever.

Very!

I like the power reserve indicator on these, it's nicely integrated.
