Incoming… what do you have? (Vol. 3)
Discussion
Mate has one, the one with the coloured back that is/was the actual type they gave to the pilots out there.
Despite Rolex and Pateks, it's his favourite watch. He thought he'd chipped the ceramic case and we took it in to IWC Bond St to price up a new case and they pointed out that actually it was a destroyed pin bar and ordered him a new one straight away.
No asking for payment up front, happy for us to try on some other ones and really great, great service.

Thank you Pebbles,
Still have my Ball Fireman, Swapped the bracelet onto an Engineer leather strap,
Under the radar but it certainly feels quality - only fault I had was it'd run out of power, I'd fully wind it Monday and by day 5 or so it's stop out of energy after being left off overnight
, Easily rectified by a midweek wind - just something to monitor for, but hope you enjoy yours ....

Thanks for the heads up, think I've actually experienced something like that with it already actually, and looking online a few other people have similar experiences. Still have my Ball Fireman, Swapped the bracelet onto an Engineer leather strap,

As long as it doesn't stop working, then we're good.
Also, love yours on the brown leather, must get myself a few more straps!

Lovely watch but too big for me. The film connection is a bit of a cringe. swanny71 said:
After many years with ‘proper’ watches
I picked up a cheap Casio for when I’m messing about in the garage/garden and working down in engine rooms.
It’s liberating to forget/not care much about the watch you’re wearing….
I really like it though!
