Hi all,

Thinking of getting back into my American cars as I'm starting to regret selling my day van.

Looking for details of reputable traders who sell 2nd hand American cars up north if anyone knows?

My budget won't be much so I will probably be looking for a fairly clean 90s Camaro or Mustang V6.

So far I've found Spurr Classics in Sheffield.

Cheers, Matthew.

Spurr are quite expensive to be honest (in fairness most dealers are!)... look in the back of "Classic American" and "American Car World"

I see your point. £4k plus for a V6 Mustang, a private sale would probably yield a V8 model for less.

Bu privately. I always do. Nothing to fear until you reach 2005 Mustangs whose electrical (and electronic) conversions must always be checked thoroughly that they've been done properly.

I dont think James has ever had a US vehicle priced less than £15K though at the Luton showroom, £4K cars isnt his selling target
